What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - Data Analytics based in EMEA to join our Revenue Operations team, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations based in the U.S
  • In this role, you will run a team of analysts to deliver dashboards and insights to help our Sales teams make data driven decisions
  • You will enable them to achieve targets through people, process, and technology

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports used by Sales leadership to effectively run the business
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to “look ahead” vs just “looking in the rearview mirror” to help set Sales strategy
  • Dig into root causes and recommend solutions and actions based on evidence and supporting data
  • Leverage Tableau, Salesforce, and Clari to present data and findings
  • Support data needs for all teams within the Worldwide Field Organization
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure alignment of Sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning
  • Provide strategic guidance on sales trends, market dynamics, and growth opportunities
