Who you are

Diligent and organised so that you are able to manage rapidly changing circumstances and priorities
Ability to drive marketing and growth to achieve customer acquisition targets, whilst working in a small team and a start up environment
Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
Experience in digital marketing and data analysis, across paid and organic channels
You’re excited about artisan food and enabling small creators!
You have experience working with CRM software - Klaviyo is a bonus
You are excited about community building

What the job involves

Reporting to the Head of Growth
Monitoring and optimising the performance marketing strategy to drive growth from new and existing marketing channels
Proactively identifying channel optimisation and growth opportunities across the entire user funnel: from acquisition -> activation -> to retention/churn -> resurrection -> referral
Being on the pulse of our user behaviour, understanding what makes our typical user tick and how we better solve their problems (truly understanding and improving our product market fit)
Implement creative strategies to grow our community - both online and offline
Create and test basic content.
