- We need someone who can take a warm conversation and turn it into a closed deal, while hunting for new business at the same time
- If you know how to run a full sales cycle and thrive in a fast moving environment, this is for you
- We need someone who knows how to find a deal and how to close one. Someone who:
- Runs a tight sales process — you know where every deal is, what it needs, and what the next step is at all times
- Hunts with intent — you don't wait for the SDR to fill your pipeline, you go and find business yourself
- Sells to pain, not features — you get to the real problem fast and position Searchable as the obvious answer
- Understands mid market buying behaviour — multiple stakeholders, longer cycles, and the ability to build consensus across a room
- Leads with value in every interaction — prospects leave every call better informed than when they joined
- Thinks commercially at all times — pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and deal velocity matter to you as much as they do to the business
- Brings energy and resilience — you bounce back fast and keep moving
- You're a natural closer You know how to create urgency without being pushy. You build trust fast, handle objections with ease, and know exactly when to ask for the business
- You're a hunter and a farmer You can open doors and close them. You don't rely on others to fill your pipeline and you know how to grow accounts once they're in
- You're sharp under pressure Deals go sideways — that's sales. You stay composed, think clearly, and find a way to keep things moving
- You're hungry and humble You want to win, you want to grow, and you're willing to do the work that most people skip
- Proven experience as an AE closing mid market deals in SaaS
- Track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Strong written and verbal communication across all seniority levels
- Experience running full cycle sales — discovery through to close
- Comfortable with CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales data
- Experience selling into multiple verticals
- Experience in AI, martech, or SEO/GEO adjacent products
- Sold into marketing, digital, or brand teams
- Comfortable building your own pipeline alongside working inbound
- Experience with multi-stakeholder deals and building consensus
- Short average sales cycles with high volume deal management
What the job involves
- Searchable is hiring its first Mid Market AE
- We're pushing hard toward $10M ARR and the momentum is real, brands are coming through the door and the market is moving fast
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed won — inbound and outbound
- Be the person mid market prospects trust to help them navigate AI search visibility and what it means for their brand
- Work closely with the SDR’s to build and convert pipeline across your target accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities within your closed accounts and work alongside the CSM to unlock them
- Report directly into the Head of GTM and play a central role in how we hit our revenue targets
- Own and close a pipeline of mid market opportunities across multiple verticals
- Run discovery, demo, and commercial conversations with senior stakeholders
- Build and execute account plans for your key target accounts
- Work the full channel mix alongside SDRs — email, LinkedIn, phone, events
- Apply consistent qualification frameworks to keep the pipeline clean and conversion high
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, cohorts, and ICP targeting
- Feed deal insight back to GTM and product teams to sharpen our positioning
- Track your own performance data and use it to improve week on week
- We operate on a 996 schedule — 9am to 9pm, 6 days a week

The platform connects data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console, acting as a central dashboard that uses AI to answer questions, highlight issues and suggest improvements.
The company is tackling a major shift in how people search online. Traditional SEO focuses on keywords and ranking, but AI assistants now return just a few recommendations, which means brands either appear or they don't. Searchable is setting out to help businesses adapt to these changes by showing how AI interprets their content and how to improve visibility in these responses.
While the company is young, it's definitely off to a strong start. It has already raised $4 million in seed funding, and has early traction with brands reporting improved visibility and reduced manual work.
