Who you are
- Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, etc.)
- Coursework in AI/ML, product development, or entrepreneurship
- Product management experience with demonstrable AI product expertise
- Prior work experience in Software Engineering
- Strong understanding of LLMs, agents, and modern AI capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills at the executive level
- Ability to translate complex operational problems into AI-powered solutions
- Track record of measuring and communicating business impact to stakeholders
- Comfort presenting to and engaging with C-suite executives and board members
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Experience with AI tools (Cursor, v0, Claude Code, etc.)
- GitHub profile or portfolio showing self-initiated projects

- Abnormal AI is revolutionizing both cybersecurity and internal operations through advanced AI solutions
- As we scale, we're establishing AI Transformation Pods to drive operational efficiency across our organization
- These pods are critical to the company's overall AI strategy, offering unique visibility with the CEO and executive leadership
- The AI-Native PM leads the development of internal AI solutions, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency across Abnormal Security
- This role requires a blend of product thinking, technical understanding of AI capabilities, and entrepreneurial drive
- You'll work closely with functional executives to identify high-value opportunities and build AI solutions that drive meaningful operational change
- Own a dedicated “AI transformation pod”, partnering with a specific go-to-market function
- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI transformation
- Collaborate with go-to-market stakeholders and business leaders to validate AI Transformation ideas
- Define product requirements and roadmaps for AI-native solutions
- Leverage AI-enabled developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc) to rapidly develop and iterate on solutions for users across Abnormal
- Manage the full product lifecycle from conception to deployment
- Measure and report on impact of deployed solutions
- Present pod updates to executive leadership and evangelize new initiatives directly to potential users
- Identify and scope high leverage opportunities for the AI Platform Engineering team to build reusable infrastructure that can benefit the AI Transformation pods

Criminal tactics like email account spoofing, where the criminal impersonates an official account to steal personal information or money, are rife. Abnormal AI is a startup aimed at handling these hyper-targeted and personalised email attacks by analysing communications and identifying potential fraud before it can take place.
The fraud detection space is extremely competitive, but Abnormal AI differentiates itself through its focus on the threat of impersonation rather than a spectrum of threats. This has allowed it to amass a wealth of data relating specifically to high-risk impersonation attacks, analyzing over 45,000 signals to detect any anomalies.
Its specialised approach has fuelled rapid growth, leading to a $5B valuation after a Series D Funding round in 2024. Now, Abnormal plans to double down on product development and expand internationally, prioritising markets where data security laws necessitate a local presence.
