- Proven Experience in People Operations- You bring experience across core People Ops functions, including onboarding, benefits, employee engagement, performance management
- Ideally, you've worked in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

What the job involves
- As the People Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our culture, driving an energetic, high-performing workplace where people thrive
- Youâll shape impactful people's experiences, ensure our benefits and processes are exceptional, and make a lasting difference for every employee across the business
- Leading a small but mighty teamâincluding a People Experience Partner (responsible for office and events) and a People Ops Coordinatorâyouâll inspire and guide them to deliver an exceptional workplace experience while continuously refining our people operations to support our growth and ambition
- Manage our HRIS, ensuring integrations and modules are functioning smoothly, maintaining clean data, generating reports, and building automation where possible
- Analyse key metrics like turnover, engagement, DEI, and retention, creating reports and dashboards to help leaders understand trends, track progress, and identify areas for improvement in the employee experience
- Oversee the benefits function, from introducing new benefits and managing relationships with external providers to handling annual renewals and company-wide benefits communications
- Partner with the Head of People and People Partners to create, update, and communicate company policies
- Prepare performance-related reports, manage timelines, and handle post-performance process updates, ensuring a smooth and organised performance review cycle
- Take ownership of managing company-wide engagement surveys, coordinating with People Partners on communications, timelines, and results analysis
- Lead a world-class onboarding experience for new joiners, working closely with IT Support to ensure a seamless process
- Manage the People Experience Partner and People Ops Coordinator, ensuring they are set up for success
- Through this, you'll ultimately oversee the delivery of exceptional office and events management, ensuring these functions contribute meaningfully to a thriving workplace experience

- We have put a lot of time into developing an inclusive recruitment strategy to ensure our hiring practices are as inclusive as possible. All hiring managers have attended inclusive recruitment training and we have introduced objective skills testing.
- When speaking to teams across the company, the majority of teams felt that we are a diverse community with a huge mix of backgrounds and many people commented it was the most diverse place theyâve worked.
- Over the last year, we have started to share our own stories and experiences. Groups across the company commented how much they have enjoyed learning from each other and educating ourselves on different areas of diversity. They also felt these talks and discussions bridge the gap between different offices and teams.

We have recently rolled out Management on Tap training sessions with the aim to support our managers to feel confident to support their team in the best way possible.
