- Basic knowledge or experience of online gambling industry, including slots, bingo, and casino

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Passionate – a love of excellent customer service and relationship building is imperative
- Versatile – if you can wear more than one hat at a time, and juggle multiple tasks in parallel (often with changing requirements and priorities); that’s a start!
- Team Player – it’s not a one-man show – you need to work tirelessly with your stakeholders and peers and be able to interact inclusively and effectively with people at all levels

What the job involves
- As a Player Relations Advisor, you will support key areas across the business to achieve their set goals through outbound phone calls to our High Value players
- The role requires you to work closely with our members, developing great relationships that allows you to offer intelligent account advice, genuine support to our players, and cultivate the best overall experience for them. We put the player first in everything that we do, and our approach is always open and honest
- You will work closely with key stakeholders across the company, primarily Customer Support, Compliance, Social Responsibility, Marketing, Product and Gifting and Events teams, to ensure our members receive the best possible service
- It’s not fun doing the same things over and over, so in the calls we make, you are encouraged to be wonderfully weird and super-charged with enthusiasm to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our player base
