Who you are
- 5+ years of B2B experience preferably leading business development strategies in the health and wellness space
- A passionate go-getter who can keep up with our rapid growth and who is flexible and adaptive in their approach with partner relations
- Experienced in promoting wellness perks and/or products with corporate partners, preferred
- Established connections with organizations in driving B2B sales
- Strong networking skills - great contacts with business contacts
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude.

What the job involves
- The role of Manager, Corporate Partnerships is a pivotal position with Athletic Greens’ rapidly growing European partnership program
- Build and manage multi-tiered corporate (B2B) partner relationships and introduce our product to large audiences
- Research and identify potential corporate partners that will include AG1 as part of their corporate wellness offering to their team members, through various channels such as industry events, online research, and referrals
- Deliver brand presentations and articulate the value proposition to prospective corporate by having a deep understanding of our leading product, AG1
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to generate leads for corporate partners and manage the prospect pipeline
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential partners that will solidify AG1’s position as a key partner for corporate wellness offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to ensure continued business growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue goals for the region
- Maintain and track corporate partner performance by setting up our partners, creating promotional materials, recording performance and sharing post-campaign analysis
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends related to corporate wellness perks and offerings, collect competitor activity, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Attend industry events to network, build relationships, and represent our brand.
- Stay up-to-date with technology, tools, social and wellness trends that may impact corporate wellness program offerings
- Collaborating with marketing to translate campaigns and distribute content to your network of corporate partners
