Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing within SaaS or software businesses
- Proven success in developing and executing GTM strategies with a solutions-first, customer-focused approach
- Experience working cross-functionally to develop cohesive marketing strategies that align with business objectives
- Strong ability to take complex, technical concepts and simplify them for broader audiences, including field teams and customers
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives that drive market differentiation

What the job involves
- The Solutions Marketing team's mission is to lead with deep customer insights, market trends, and sales data to ensure our solutions are perfectly aligned with buyer needs
- We take a customer-first approach, using data to shape how we bring our solutions to market, ensuring they solve real customer pain points and create a competitive advantage
- Our team partners closely with Product to influence the roadmap, collaborates with Sales to engage the right buyers, and works with Customer Success to help our existing customers grow with us
- We thrive on crafting narratives and go-to-market strategies that drive growth and differentiation in the market
- We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Marketing professional to drive the positioning and go-to-market strategy for Clari’s suite of solutions
- This individual will play a key role in shaping how we align our solutions to buyer needs and create differentiation in the market
- They will be a strategic storyteller with a deep understanding of positioning, messaging, and crafting narratives that elevate our solutions above the competition
- Develop and launch key Clari solutions in the market
- Own our Revenue Platform narrative
- Introduce rigor, frameworks, and cross-functional processes that strengthen collaboration across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Partner with the Revenue Marketing team to architect go-to-market plays that maximize value realization and conversion rates across key buyer personas, helping the business achieve revenue targets
- Define middle and bottom-of-funnel assets and enablement materials to accelerate deal progression and close pipeline opportunities
- Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and solution enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and ongoing adoption
- Advocate for customers’ needs to shape product strategy and roadmap, ensuring we better serve our target audience
- Collaborate with the Product team to validate new product ideas and develop scalable go-to-market strategies
- Lead the launch of new solutions and capabilities to drive differentiation in the market as well as developing POV on Pricing and Packaging recommendations
- Exceptional executive presence and credibility with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with various internal partners, including product marketing, field marketing, and sales, while actively contributing to the overall go-to-market strategy
- Serve as a key evangelist for Clari, representing the company at industry events and speaking to the strength of our platform while driving narratives that enhance Clari’s thought leadership
- Drive and own new product introductions for Clari and implement marketing plans to drive more adoption of those new solutions
- Produce compelling, high-impact marketing materials, including solution briefs, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and blog posts to drive our solution value propositions
- Develop and deliver sales enablement tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively selling solutions
- Experienced in mentoring and developing team members by offering personalized guidance to strengthen skills, build confidence, and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
Our take
Clari’s revenue operations software scrapes data stored in digital infrastructure such as marketing automation systems, CRMs, emails, calendars, and content management systems, before using AI to deliver revenue forecasts.
In short, its purpose is to remove any doubt or guesswork from revenue forecasts, allowing businesses to plan for the future with more certainty. Clari has built up a solid base of over business customers so far including Adobe, Lenovo and Dropbox, and has more than quadrupled its valuation since 2020, with a now estimated value of over $2.6 billion.
The company’s recent surge in momentum makes a great deal of sense. Its 2022 acquisition and integration of Wingman, a conversational intelligence company, has added a level of granularity to its data tools which is appreciated by companies attempting to navigate a diificult global market.
Clari is exploring opportunities to introduce its software to its more than 250 portfolio companies, and plans to focus on hiring hundreds of employees to grow its presence in international markets. The company also has its eyes on acquiring additional companies with technology that can advance its product development efforts.
