What the job involves

This role is joining the Strategic Account Management Team in Corporate Sales who strategically manage, support, and grow the enterprise accounts within the organization
This role is an opportunity to work within a small, focused team to handle strategic account management with your own dedicated customers
You will have circa 15-20 global customers which have growth potential and require a strategic approach to their management to ensure retention and growth
It requires collaboration with subject matter experts, such as PCO partner managers, as well as working with BDMs to strategically hunt new entities and achieve global domination
Building and maintaining strong relationships with 15-20 key global customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Strategically mapping out the 15-20 key accounts to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted strategies to maximize revenue
Conducting quarterly review meetings with key accounts, utilizing data-driven insights to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement
Coordinating pre and post-event activities, including arranging meetings after events to capitalize on networking opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
Forecasting revenue spend to effectively allocate resources and optimize financial outcomes
Collaborating with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the key accounts
Preparing quotes for customers, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in pricing
Implementing cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing key accounts
Achieving and maintaining strong relationships with Global Service Centers (GSCs) and Global Sales Agents (GSAs) to enhance the company's global reach and market presence
Liaising with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, maintaining financial transparency and customer satisfaction
Performing administrative tasks relevant to the role, such as maintaining accurate customer records, updating databases, and generating reports as needed. Your contribution in these areas will be instrumental in driving customer success, revenue growth, and overall business expansion
