Scrum Master, Chargezoom

• Solid Understanding of Scrum Workflow and Methodology
• Managing the process and moving the project toward completion
• A problem-solving mindset
• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master or similar role
• 3+ working and managing Developers
• Helping the team agree on what is achievable during each development sprint
• Track, identify and overcome blockers, and manage Jira artifacts
• Assisting the team to make progress by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks
• Supporting the Engineering team by managing Jira boards and cards
• Ensuring Jira and Knowledge Base Articles are comprehensive and accurate; including contributing to documentation during times when engineering is fully deployed
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Excellent people and project management skills

Desirable

• Works closely with the Product Owner to translate epics, stories, and other sprint items into actionable tasks
• You must have a solid understanding of the purpose and implications behind each initiative
• Create and Manage Tickets on our Jira Board
• Manage, assign and delegates tasks
• Ensuring the developer team’s work aligns with big-picture priorities and schedules
• Create/Manage “ETA” reports based on the usage of our resources
