What the job involves
- This employee will be responsible for providing end-user support related to laptop hardware & software applications. Employees rely on experience and judgment as well as pre-established procedures and documentation to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues presented through IT Help tickets.
- This role requires being a daily in-office employee. You will be working across multiple teams such as IT Support Eng, IT System Eng, and Business System
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT Help tickets in a timely manner
- Provide technical support with computer hardware and software
- Complete IT onboarding and offboarding for all employees
- Hardware provisioning and desk setups for end users
- Assist onsite and remote users with IT related inquiries
- Assist IT Management and other IT teams in other projects as needed
