Senior Engineering Manager, Quince

• You have excellent computer science fundamentals
• 10+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years leading high-performing engineering teams
• Proven experience building and leading growth engineering and building performance marketing tools/pipelines
• Experience partnering with Data Science to drive performance marketing efficiency
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and data-driven experimentation
• Deep familiarity with full-stack development workflows, product ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to optimize service availability, performance, and stability through operational excellence
• Passion for technology, with a strong track record of driving impact in hyper-growth product environments

• We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, Growth to join our growing team. This person will build and lead a team of high performing Growth engineers
• Lead and build a high performing Growth engineering team and foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration
• Own business critical efforts on our performance marketing initiatives working closely with the marketing, product, data science and analytics teams to deliver high-quality and high-performance tooling and systems
• Collaborate across other engineering teams and data science org to understand and implement business requirements
• Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to define and refine requirements, and ensuring that they are translated into actionable tasks/milestones
• Define performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions
• Foster strong engineering practices and a culture of quality, experimentation and continuous improvement
• Drive alignment with leadership and team members along with your management counterparts
