Who you are

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position

What the job involves

As Executive Assistant and Office Manager for our London Office, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office in addition to supporting the Managing Director of Europe and broader team with a variety of critical business activities
Be responsible for all administrative and operational best practices for the European region
Organise and manage the calendars of the team, including setting calls and meetings as required
Organise and manage travel itineraries for the team (booking of flights, hotels, etc.)
Assist in organizing and preparing for client-facing events, meetings and conferences
Undertake market research and analysis with the guidance of the team - gathering information critical to the setting of strategy for the region
Assist with business development activities (management of the CRM tool and supporting with outreach)
Act as the primary point of contact for IT and office systems queries, liaising with third-party IT consultants and providing general IT support for staff
Efficiently manage office supplies and expenses, including stationary, office pantry, printing supplies and monitoring costs against budget
Responsible for Europe-specific HR & Recruitment matters
