Who you are

3-5 years of experience in leading business development and sales professionals across multiple functions in the retirement services/HCM/payroll industry
Successful – Proven track record of meeting and exceeding your sales quota
Experience building relationships with CPA's, payroll providers, HR consultants, and benefit brokers
Tech Savvy - you have experience using Salesforce CRM to manage sales process and forecasting
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
Willing to flex with constant change and day-to-day competing priorities

What the job involves

Coach and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers to achieve and excel revenue goals by developing, building, and amplifying referral relationships with tech partners, human capital management partners, benefits brokers, CPA's and financial advisors in the SMB space
Coach and mentor Partner Account Managers to create and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities
Work with partners to establish business goals and performance metrics (e.g, depth of sales pipeline and revenue generation) to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities
Work closely and collaborate with the New England Regional Director of Account Executives as well as Regional Directors across different territories to align on strategy and partnerships
Drive a culture of accountability while having fun in the process
Travel within your region and nationally to participate in field rides with individual team members, and attend meetings that include sales conferences, trade shows, and partnership huddles
