Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, DocuSign

• The successful candidate will have the ability not to just drive consensus and provide direction but will be seen as a hands-on subject matter expert capable of delivering the technology solutions required to solve complex business issues across key business process areas
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
• 15+ years of IT industry experience scaling processes and systems in high growth, public company operations
• 10+ years hiring, managing and coaching techno functional teams
• Expertise implementing and supporting Tier 1 systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.), best in class cloud platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud, Gainsight, Highspot, Skilljar, FinancialForce, Anaplan, ) and enabling business users to drive expansion and utilization of these platforms directly

• The Sr. Director, Enterprise Applications (Customer Success & Support) will lead a globally distributed team of IT Analysts and Solution Architects and have responsibility for the timely delivery of projects and initiatives that support DocuSign’s strategic objectives, as well as drive the necessary alignment between technology teams, business processes and a wide range of functional organizations, including Revenue Operations, Finance, Ecommerce, Sales, Business Strategy and Operations
• Lead a global team of Solution Architects and Business Analysts aligning the team with the strategic initiatives that drive the company’s growth
• Partner with primary business stakeholders across the Customer Success function (Success, Support, Professional Services) to align on mutual goals and drive/deliver solution delivery
• Translate business priorities into robust IT Systems and Architecture requirements. Oversee the development, evolution and execution of DocuSign’s core business technology in the Customer Success space to ensure the security, scalability, reliability of business-critical systems. This includes managing priorities and balancing demand in a rapidly changing environment
• Identify and propose scalable application features and functionality that improves Customer Success process and overall systems user experience
• Develop a collaborative organization and culture highly focused on providing efficient and timely solutions to key business challenges in multiple, sometimes overlapping, functional areas
• Develop a highly flexible and transparent team and culture which constantly engages with the business to ensure IT is focused on the right priorities and meeting business goals
• Ensure clear accountability, targets, timelines and deliverables for each major initiative; work with initiative leaders, both within IT and across functional partner groups, to make appropriate trade-offs and adjustments
• Provide guidance on business process best practices across different functional areas
• Educate business partners on how to successfully engage and work with IT
