What the job involves
- As our Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing our field marketing roadmap as we scale our investment and team
- You will work closely with field marketing and sales leadership to develop a roadmap and execution plan for field events and ABM in either the East or West region of North America
- You will also collaborate with our demand generation and revenue operations team to drive attendance and build sales pipeline
- Work directly with sales leadership, sales development teams, and account executive teams to activate the sales team around our tradeshows, regional events, roundtables, and more
- Work closely with demand generation team to ensure thoughtful promotion of events
- Own the roadmap of field events for your region
- Work closely with revenue operations to ensure we have strong systems in place to operationalize field events for sales success

LLM-based agents can be deployed to help streamline marketing, and the platform also supports AI decisioning. This comprehensive suite enables Hightouch to serve a range of businesses such as Spotify, Docusign, Warner Music Group, Grammarly and Autotrader.
