Role
Who you are
- Skilled in people management, cross functional leadership and deep product management experience
- Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
- Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion
- Skilled in clear and concise communication across a matrix organization
- Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
- A strong understanding of and practical experience in designing, executing, and analyzing UI-centric A/B tests to drive product improvements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of practical work experience
- 10+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company; or a Masters and 9+ years of experience
- 2+ years of experience managing product teams

- We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product to join our Ad Formats Product Management team within the Revenue Product organization at Snap Inc!
- Lead a team of Product Managers to develop and scale a comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Ad Formats product area, ensuring alignment with Snap’s broader business goals and delivering innovative solutions that empower advertisers and enhance user experiences
- Originate and help your team execute scalable, transformative ideas that address advertiser needs and deliver long-term impact, leveraging insights to shape the future of Snap’s revenue ecosystem
- Build trust and influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Marketing Science, and Solutions Engineering, by demonstrating expertise, sound judgment, and measurable outcomes
- Use data and analytics to understand performance, identify growth patterns, and make informed decisions to optimize or sunset underperforming products
- Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results, fostering collaboration, adaptability, and resilience under challenging circumstances
- Mentor and guide less experienced PMs, contribute to recruiting efforts, and play an active role in building a strong, collaborative Revenue Product organization

Snap Inc. is the social-media company behind Snapchat, a mobile app launched in 2011 that prioritises visual and emotive communication over traditional texting. Born from a desire to share real-time moments with authenticity, the app now boasts a massive global reach with daily active users surpassing 460M and monthly active users well beyond 900M.
After rejecting a billion-dollar acquisition offer from MEta Platforms (then Facebook) in 2023, Snapchat entered into a long-term rivalry with Meta's apps (most notably Instagram).
