Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales development role, preferably within a B2B environment
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and pipeline development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with senior-level executives
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What the job involves
- Develop a deep understanding of your assigned named accounts, including their business models, challenges, and key decision-makers
- Create and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within these accounts
- Identify potential opportunities within named accounts through research, networking, and proactive outreach
- Utilize various channels (email, social media, phone calls) to initiate contact and generate interest in Andela’s solutions
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
