What the job involves
- This is a Leadership role focused on developing and managing strategic relationships with external organisations, that will ultimately drive how Enfuce internally resources it’s partnership network and directly drive significant revenue contribution
- Enfuce has made significant inroads in winning and nurturing key strategic partnerships, this role’s core focus is to drive increased velocity from those established relationships, while also winning new new relationships
- Lead, develop, own, refine, and implement a partnerships strategy that aligns with and supports Enfuce's strategy of being the European go to partnership
- Manage our most strategically important partnership opportunities, both existing and new, and own executive level relationships
- Understand the competitive landscape to ensure that Enfuce remains a ‘partner-of-choice’ and proactively present recommendations internally at Enfuce
- Be the main point of contact in the partnerships organization and ensure the team are executing strategically important partnership initiatives, aligned with the regional commercial objectives
- Coordinate due diligence processes with prospective partners and project-manage internal stakeholders through commercial, product and systems assessment
- Position yourself as an industry expert and establish relationships with potential partners and key decision-makers in the industry – support Enfuce externally at events
- You will serve as a vertical expert, while keeping in mind our desire to be the chosen partner in Europe for all Enterprise profile card programmes

The rise of open banking has allowed fintechs to provide more personalised customer experiences, but setting up these systems requires specialists. It can also be difficult for smaller companies to provide more simple services such as fast card issuing and payments, reducing their ability to compete with other financial services.
Enfuce provides card issuing and payment services, helping clients to launch feature-rich payment cards that are secure, compliant, and quick to deploy. The company also helps businesses set up open banking systems, allowing customers to share their financial data to facilitate the creation of personalised financial tools.
Whilst many companies provide cards and open banking financial tools, this often requires complimentary infrastructure and software engineers - resources that many businesses are unable to access. Enfuce has been smart to offer a suite that allows any business to rapidly deploy cards and financial services, and continues to forge impressive partnerships as it doubles down on this core goal.
