Who you are
- 7–10+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience in North America
- Proven success selling to global advertisers, agencies, or MarTech/AdTech ecosystems
- Experience managing global accounts and C-level relationships
- Strong understanding of American media markets
- Strategic hunter with senior account leadership skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Experience in fast-growing SaaS companies is a plus
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar; MBA/advanced degree a plus
What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive expansion long-term growth across North America, and position Camphouse as the leading platform in our category
- You will own enterprise sales across the North American region. This includes building relationships with global advertisers, growing agency and partner networks, and taking global ownership of key strategic account
- Lead full sales cycles and close multi-market enterprise deals
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CMOs, CFOs, and agencies
- Take global responsibility for 1–3 strategic accounts, driving adoption, expansion, and renewals
- Maintain pipeline and exceed ARR targets
- Position Camphouse competitively and feed client insights into product and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with agencies and partners to expand reach in the region
Our take
Marketing campaigns are one of the biggest tools that companies can use to retain consumers’ attention from a variety of different angles. However, with this comes a lot of organisation and moving parts. Camphouse, formerly Mediatool, is a company that sets out to tackle the overwhelm of marketing management with its software platform.
Incubated by a team bringing experience from the advertising sector in companies like Tesla and Renault, the company looks to address issues that the founding team have faced first-hand. Hence, Camphouse acts as a one-stop shop for tracking budgets and integrating marketing, among many other features.
By giving brands and agencies an overview of their campaigns, these tools lessen the burden on marketing teams, and so Camphouse has attracted a client roster of over 70 brands, such as Estée Lauder. A 2023 secured funding round is helping the company expand, aiming to break into the US, as signified by the opening of a New York office in 2024.
