Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IS, Data Science, or related field
5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud experience with a focus on analytics
Proven experience with BI Publisher and OTBI
Strong understanding of HR data and processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data visualization
SQL skills (preferred)

What the job involves

Understanding Oracle HCM Cloud data structures for reporting
Ensuring data consistency across HCM modules
Participating in HR systems configuration and testing
Troubleshooting data issues for all HR systems and processes
Acting as an expert in Oracle HCM Cloud analytics and reporting (BI, OTBI and Tableau experience required)
Collaborates with stakeholders on reporting needs to provide actionable insights. Possesses a deep understanding of business drivers and the impact of people data on strategy. Experience with external benchmark data and maintaining confidentiality
Maintaining data integrity and documentation for reports
Supporting stakeholders with reports and dashboards
Staying updated on Oracle HCM Cloud analytics features
Participating in upgrades related to reporting
While this position is remote, we encourage and at times, require in-person collaboration at our offices
