Role
Who you are
- Experience with delivering monday.com professional services engagements with customers in the mid-market to Enterprise range
- Familiarity with Agile, ITSM, ESM, and other industry practices
- Experience managing change within a technical environment
- Proficiency with the Adaptavist tool suite and partner platforms like GitLab, AWS, etc
- Readiness to specialize in monday.com products (monday CRM, monday Dev, monday Service) for deeper subject matter expertise
- Familiarity with knowledge management platforms such as Grammarly, Coda, or Notion is a plus; openness to adopting new AI-driven tools as the ecosystem evolves is expected
- Stellar communication skills with the ability to adapt technical details for varying audiences
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent ability to prioritize and manage a personal workload effectively
- Existing certifications in the monday.com ecosystem
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture, on-prem, and cloud IT environments
- Proven experience multitasking in a fast-paced Tech environment
- Experience in project management, leadership or mentorship roles
- IPaaS solutions such as Make.com and Zapier to create low/no-code integrated systems
- Coding experience with C#, Java or Python would be a bonus
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Business Consultant to join our dynamic team and help bring our clients’ monday.com visions to life
- In this role, you'll work closely with teammates across North America and the UK, delivering impactful solutions for clients in a variety of time zones, primarily in the UK

- Needs Analysis and Solution Design:
- Conduct early-stage discovery workshops to unravel client needs and shape solutions
- Identify client problems and requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Collaborate with Technical Consultants and Developers to plan and design creative solutions
- Help clients make informed decisions tailored to their specific constraints
- Solution Delivery and Change Management:
- Guide clients on best practices for monday.com implementation and governance
- Utilize IPaaS solutions such as Make.com and Zapier to create low/no-code integrated systems
- Propose and execute process improvements to enhance client's efficiency
- Apply various strategies for project and change management aligned with IT industry
- Enable clients to measure the impacts of our solutions by creating tangible metrics
- Compile comprehensive engagement reports detailing findings, recommendations, and solutions
- Provide solution support and training to stakeholders and end-users
- Presales:
- Engage with clients early in their journey, empathizing with their challenges and formulating solutions
- Craft thoughtful proposals, detailing proposed solutions and effort estimates
- Deliver application demos for a variety of client stakeholders
- Organization and Communication:
- Juggle multiple complex projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Act as the main client contact, ensuring efficient and professional communication
- Prioritize and manage your workload effectively
- Fosters two way communication with others. Maintains continuous, open and consistent communication
- Proactive in understanding competition, and Adaptavist winning position in the market

Worked as a Senior Security Consultant for Barclaycard, and was Director of WTG. First joined Adaptavist as a Board Advisor, and was made CEO in 2010.

Reece joined TAG as an Associate Software Engineer in May 2019. Within 5 months, they advanced to Software Engineer, then to Senior in under two years, and by September 2024, became Staff Engineer.
Sarah joined TAG as a Project Manager in 2017 in the Toronto office. They found their true calling in Sales and made an internal move a couple of years later and have since advanced to become a Strategic Sales Executive.
Rodrigo initially worked with TAG as a Contractor before joining the UK team permanently as a Commercial Operations Analyst. Since then, they moved to the Madrid office as a Business Operations Manager.
