- 5+ years of experience working in Business Analyst role
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex information, identify problems, and develop solutions
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with various stakeholders

What the job involves
- As a CX Business Analyst at Ping Identity, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our strategic customers to optimize their operational effectiveness and maximize the value derived from their Ping Identity investments
- Your main goal is to identify customer problems or opportunities and recommend and implement solutions to improve processes, services, products, and software
- Understanding business needs: Engaging with internal departments and external stakeholders to understand business goals, objectives, and pain points
- Develop Business Rational Cases and proposals for the business cases
- Requirements gathering and analysis: Eliciting, documenting, and analyzing functional and technical requirements for projects and systems
- Process analysis and design: Analyzing current business and customer processes to identify inefficiencies and design improved workflows
- Solution development and implementation: Contributing to the development and implementation of solutions, which may involve new software, systems, or process changes
- Create enablement content, material and perform training on process changes and updates
- Data analysis and reporting: Analyzing data to uncover trends and insights, and creating reports and visualizations to present findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Communication and stakeholder management: Effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and end-users, to ensure alignment and manage expectations
- Testing and quality assurance support: Supporting testing activities and ensuring solutions meet business and customer needs
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize customer usage patterns and other data telemetry to gain insights, provide proactive guidance, and enhance customer retention

PingIdentity is a platform, delivered through both cloud services and on-premises software, that is used to provide a comprehensive Identity and Access Management service. In today’s highly connected digital world, digital identity management services — the process of identifying and authenticating users on networks to access services — has become a key aspect of interacting on the internet.
The digital identity market is worth approximately $30 billion today but growing at upwards of 18.5% and potentially as big as $100 billion by 2024, according to the latest forecasts. Consequently, competition is heavy for PingIdentity, with some other strong players in the various branches of identity management including Okta, LastPass, and Duo Security. The merger between PingIdentity and ForgeRock went some way to consolidating a firm rooting in the industry for both companies.
The now combined, PingIdentity and Forgerock have successfully attracted considerable funding and serve hundreds of brands, including Morningstar, Vodafone, and GEICO as well as governments like Norway, Canada, and Belgium. Alongside this, both companies were acquired by the leading software investment firm, Thoma Bravo in 2022 before the merger. This acquisition offered a unique opportunity for PingIdentity to further grow and marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the combined company and its customers.
