Who you are
- 1-5 years of total work experience
- Revenue operations experience strongly preferred, but not required
- In the absence of direct revenue operations experience, experience working in a high-growth enterprise software startup environment is required
- Top-notch analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to learn and understand complex concepts
- A strong understanding of data and data reporting
- Strong understanding of and ability to learn to use a variety of software and other technologies (this need not be specifically business technologies, it can be anything that shows you have a propensity for learning in this context)
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills that can be applied to all levels of the organization
- Performs well under pressure
- Works well both independently and in a team environment

What the job involves
- We are seeking a Revenue Operations and GTM Systems Specialist to join our world-class Operations team
- In this role, you will partner with the Vice President of Operations, the Director of Sales Operations, and the Director of Marketing Operations among others to support functions essential to go-to-market productivity
- This includes optimizing Salesforce, supporting our field teams (Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, etc.), planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, training, and documentation
- Provide comprehensive support for the Operations team, including front-line sales support, deal management, and general troubleshooting
- Act as a primary resource for front-line support and feedback for Rescale’s field sales and other go-to-market teams
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies to support Operations’ initiatives
- Work with the Operations team to design and implement processes that promote and support operational efficiency and data integrity for go-to-market initiatives
- Assist in managing integrations with Salesforce and other sales-related systems
- Manage administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
- Sales Operations Support: collaborate with senior leaders across the Operations team and beyond to support major Operational responsibilities
- Support our Sales Enablement Leader to deliver programs and documentation to our users
- Assist in training new users and grow the operational skillset across the organization
- Act as an operational utility player

Migrating on-premises infrastructure to a hybrid or fully cloud-based setup is a complex process that requires network understanding, resources, and time. Whilst some companies aid in making this switch more simple, the challenges of migrating high-performance computing (HPC) systems to the cloud are significantly more complex and remain unaided.
Rescale provides sets of HPC resources to help customers optimize their applications for maximum performance within hybrid or fully cloud-based infrastructures. This is achieved through the application of full-stack automation to minimize the complexity of migration, fine-tuning the infrastructure to optimize the performance of the specific application.
Various startups are tackling infrastructural migration for small businesses and enterprises to aid in industry-wide moves to cloud computing.
