What the job involves

We’re looking for a frontend aficionado with passion for the smallest details to help build delightful web experiences for millions of users
In order to delight developers, you will play an instrumental role in developing framework-neutral tools that can be consumed by apps building on React, Vue, VanillaJS, and more
Work closely with our design team in the conceptualization & ideation of new products/features
Think deeply about and deliver a compelling end-user UX
Deliver software in TypeScript using web components/React/NextJS
Translate designs from Figma into modular, reusable and optimized UI components
Bring in your own ideas on how to make our products better
Lead your own initiatives from ideation to delivery

Our take

WalletConnect is a Web 3.0 communications protocol that enables wallets and apps to securely connect. The company’s suite of APIs have been integrated by hundreds of wallets and apps to enable interoperability between devices, and bridge users with Web 3.0’s emerging products.

With the popularity of cryptocurrency applications on the rise, WalletConnect is primed for growth - as it offers a way to establish connections between crypto wallets and decentralized finance apps. To date, partner wallets and apps include Coinbase, MetaMask, Uniswap, and OpenSea, as well as X and Stripe.

Having raised funding in late 2022, led by Union Space Ventures and 1kx, the company stated it would scale wallet interoperability and work on developing a generalized messaging layer, so it provides a medium of communication between users.
