What the job involves
- As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead this dynamic team and work with product, data, and other engineering teams to drive innovation in Robinhood's Futures Products
- You’ll be responsible for crafting the team’s strategy, delivering impactful projects, and scaling the platform to meet the needs of our growing global user base
- Lead and empower your team: Provide technical and strategic leadership, mentoring engineers, and nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Drive product excellence: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to define and implement a roadmap for seamless payment experiences
- Develop new features: Build and optimize payment solutions for global markets, ensuring they are intuitive and reliable
- Scale for growth: Improve the platform to support international expansions, multi-account management, and new business features
- Promote standard methodologies in engineering: Ensure high-quality code, scalability, and security in all deliverables
