Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
- Strong product management skills, including product strategy, road mapping, and agile development processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-informed decisions in situations with high uncertainty
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Strong technical understanding and experience working with engineering teams
Desirable
- Experience working on content and experience platforms, marketing solutions or information architecture solutions
- Experience building content authoring, collaboration and business productivity experiences for global operations
- Experience building solutions for large enterprises and globally distributed teams
What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help us help us discover and deliver world-class solutions for content creators and developers enabling them to craft scalable content experiences
- As a key member of the product team, you'll be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, defining product strategy, and driving the product development process from ideation to launch
- This role will operate in highly ambiguous environments and will need to be able to get to actionable insights quickly, make decisions and find valuable problems to solve for customers
- Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities
- Lead product discovery efforts, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
- Define product strategy, including product vision, roadmap, and opportunity prioritization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and launch
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and develop user personas and use cases
- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success
- Drive the product development process, including product requirements, user stories
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver the product to market
- Communicate product status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership
