What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist II.
- This role requires a blend of customer service expertise and basic knowledge of website design principles
- Provide exceptional customer support via various channels including email, phone, Jira, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to our marketing services and website design services plans
- Collaborate with our website design team to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer requirements
- Apply a balanced mix of creative design, problem solving, and customer service to help small business owners enhance their online presence
- Ensure websites are an accurate and professional representation of the business, and are grammatically correct
- Develop an understanding of other components of Marketing Services to deliver the best customer experience possible while interacting with customers
- Field and route inbound calls from our local business customers, ensuring that we get back to them quickly and with high quality
- Provide personalized support that aligns with our company brand and voice, directly impacting our customer retention
- Be empowered to think independently and critically, going above-and-beyond to deliver the right solution for each customer
- Identify trends and areas for improvement
