Senior Fullstack Engineer, Rialtic

• 7+ years experience with Typescript, building web apps
• 5+ years of experience with Vue.js
• Experience with building & deploying Web Apps
• A knack for getting the visuals right
• Testing strategies using Typescript (Vitest, Jest, Playwright or similar testing frameworks)
• A strong, loosely held opinion about what a modern data stack looks like and what belongs or doesn’t belong in it

• We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a deep understanding of Vue & TypeScript and a passion for building high-quality web applications to join our Workflows Team
• The Workflows team is responsible for our web apps from DX to UX and everything in between
• At the core of every successful product is great design, and you’ll collaborate closely with our Product & Design teams to bring features from concept to production
• As a key contributor, you’ll lead initiatives, write clean and scalable code, and help shape technical best practices
• We deploy frequently, iterate quickly, and focus on delivering user value while maintaining technical excellence
• If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about building intuitive, high-impact products, we’d love to hear from you!
• Have ownership over core features in collaboration with Product and Design
• Work with backend of the frontend and/or frontend challenges as the need arises
• Make simplicity out of complexity (and don't mind refactoring to clean things up)
• Collaborate on multiple web apps and backend services, prioritizing security, scalability & performance
• Explore creative solutions to solve client’s needs
• Foster a culture of upholding industry-leading UX
