Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-volume recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about learning and growing within the recruiting space
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Experience with sourcing strategies and high-volume candidate screening
- Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and hiring managers
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- We are seeking a motivated Associate Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct high-volume screening of candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and refine job descriptions
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support the full-cycle recruiting process
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
