Tech Lead Manager, Abnormal Security

• Ability to read, write, and review code at a high level (Python/Go preferred)

• The Identity Security team is looking for a Tech Lead Manager to build and lead this critical product area. You'll start hands-on with a small team, shipping code while growing the product toward market fit
• Lead a team of 2-4 engineers, writing and reviewing code daily alongside them
• Collaborate closely on technical direction while building the foundations for a scalable product
• Partner directly with internal and external customers to gather feedback and iterate quickly
• Grow the team and product as we find traction and expand scope
• Set engineering standards and practices that will scale as the team grows
