Who you are
- 1 to 4+ years of experience in a marketing or content marketing role
- Track record of creating truly awesome content
- You love writing and great design
Desirable
- Short-form video creation skills
- Track record of building social media followings
- Strategic understanding of content marketing (funnels, stages of awareness, etc)
- SEO skills and understanding
What the job involves
- As the 2nd hire in the marketing department, you'll have an instrumental role in guiding and developing the overall marketing strategy, and will be asked to contribute within all areas of marketing. However, your main focus will be content creation.
- Content creation: SEO blogs, marketing emails, podcast episodes, video content, social media posts, all on topics valuable to managers and leaders.
- Strategic content planning
- Audience understanding
- Content amplification
- Content performance analysis and optimisation
