What the job involves

Respond to all customer queries across social media and email
Build out the current processes we have in place to respond to our users to make sure that the customer success function can successfully scale as the business grows
Track churn and refund metrics and develop new ways to reduce these, having full ownership of this process
Research best in class customer success practices and make sure we’re following all of them, going above and beyond to ensure the best customer experience possible
