Global Payroll Director, Veeam

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Extensive experience (15 years plus) of managing multi-country payroll operations, preferably within the software or technology sector
• Strong understanding of global payroll regulations, compliance, and tax issues
• Proficiency with payroll software systems (e.g., ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and departments
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous

• The director will work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver seamless payroll services in a fast-paced, international software environment
• Lead and manage global payroll operations, covering EMEA, Americas, and APJ regions
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all Veeam employees, including expatriates and remote workers
• Maintain compliance with local, national, and international payroll laws and tax regulations
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and salary information
• Implement and maintain payroll systems and software, driving automation and process improvements
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and oversee service delivery
• Handle payroll audits and participate in statutory reporting requirements
• Resolve complex payroll issues and respond to employee queries in a timely manner
• Develop and deliver payroll-related training to HR and management teams
• Monitor and report on key payroll metrics and trends to senior leadership
