Technical Program Manager, Cape

• Program Execution & Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and drive them to successful completion with minimal oversight

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in program management or equivalent field
• 3 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

• We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our engineering and product teams and make an immediate impact
• In this role, you will drive the execution of complex, cross-functional programs and projects that are pivotal to enabling core technologies and functionality critical to our business
• You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and ensure the seamless integration of technologies across our platforms
• As a TPM, you will take ownership of tracking and stabilizing projects, removing roadblocks, and anticipating both internal and external customer needs
• Your primary goal is to empower our engineers by ensuring they can focus on solving the technical challenges they’re best equipped to handle, while you handle the operational complexity
• You will be at the forefront of driving initiatives that integrate technologies to serve our diverse customer base, including Government, Enterprise, and Consumer sectors
• On-time, high-quality delivery of projects that enable the core technologies essential to the business
• Reduced friction and streamlined workflows across engineering and product teams
