- Verbal and written fluency in English(other European languages would be a bonus!)
- Previous sales experience focussing on new business generation

What the job involves
- As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll actively source, engage and onboard new clients, via a multitude of outbound and inbound channels. You’ll work closely with the new business brokers to utilise real market data in an effort to onboard new clients
- Actively source, engage and onboard new clients, via a multitude of inbound and outbound channels
- Identify prospects’ needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- Review, optimise and constantly improve sales outreach and sequences
- Develop relationships with external partners to build and maintain distribution channels and referral models
- Champion your specific knowledge and support our marketing team to create valuable content to attract potential clients
- Maintain CRM systems to assist with providing clear management information and sales forecasting
- Our SDRs gain hands-on experience in handling high-growth clients whilst developing analytical, interpersonal and technical insurance market and product knowledge
