Who you are

A college graduate with a Bachelors or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Professional skills and abilities typically associated with 8 or more years of experience driving product decisions in a software product organization, within a career of overall related software technology experience
Demonstrated experience working with Scrum teams in an Agile environment
Experience tailoring technical communication to and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
Experience with defining and managing SDKs / customer-facing APIs and B2B(2B) products
Familiarity with challenges working with PII (Personally Identifiable Information), paired with an understanding of the significance of handling PII
You should have strong domain expertise in biometrics or voice/NLP technologies, as well as machine learning and artificial intelligence models

What the job involves

Take IDVoice to a leadership position on the global voice biometric market
Drive the IDVoice product roadmap
Take charge by defining a vision and strategy, not simply executing previously set priorities
Communicate product vision and priorities to internal and external partners
Understand and use data to inform priorities and decision making, conceive experiments, calculate and present unit economics, and measure outcomes and improve understanding
Conduct user research, competitive analysis and market research to validate hypotheses and identify customer needs and pain points
Drive continuous market discovery and customer development
Mentor the team in Agile best practices
Motivate the team to be a self-sufficient unit, and explain and drive toward OKRs (goals)
Plan releases with the team
