Who you are

Experience in leading cultural transformations and implementing Agile methodologies in a complex organisation
In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and tools used in an Agile environment
Solid understanding of change management principles and practices
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire individuals at all levels of the organisation

What the job involves

Agile Transformation Leadership: Lead and implement the Agile transformation plan, ensuring its successful implementation throughout the organisation
Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams and colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation
Change Management and Communication: Create and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to Agile practices
Create and deliver effective communication plans to ensure all employees understand the purpose, benefits, and progress of the Agile transformation
Identify potential roadblocks and proactively address resistance to change, working closely with managers and HR teams to mitigate risks and cultivate an Agile mentality
Talent and Organisational Development: Collaborate with HR teams to identify skill gaps and develop training programs to enhance Agile capabilities across the organisation
Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and teams to support their understanding and adoption of Agile principles and practices
Facilitate the creation of Agile performance management processes and ensure alignment with organisational goals
Metrics and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of the Agile transformation
Regularly assess and evaluate progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as necessary
Provide regular updates and reports on the Agile transformation to senior leadership and stakeholders

Our take

Sky formed through the merger of Sky Television and British Satellite Broadcasting in 1990, making it the UK's largest pay-TV company. After the acquisition of Sky Italia and Sky Deutschland in 2014, Sky Group was formed, transforming the UK company into Europe's leading entertainment and media group.
