Role
Who you are
- Highly effective persuasion skills with a willingness to listen to Customer needs
- Resilience - relocation can be a stressful industry and so you’ll need to be comfortable dealing with Pushbacks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Languages are a huge plus, particularly German, Italian, French & Spanish - you'll have the opportunity to use these daily
What the job involves
- You’ll Account manage a pipeline of Relocators, providing information about their destination location and explaining how PerchPeek works. Your core objective will be to persuade these customers that they want to opt in to PerchPeek’s Relocation Services. Around 50% of your time will be spent engaging with people
- On the calls, you’ll need to be extremely engaged and listen to the specific needs of the relocator. Every relocation is different so curiosity & empathy are a must
- Around 20% of your time will be spent working with our Operations team to provide them with notes / information about the needs of the Relocator. You'll need to ensure they're having a smooth experience
- Around 20% of your time will be spent creating marketing campaigns to connect with relocators - you’ll need to use a combination of calls, sequences and texts to try and engage them. You'll have complete ownership over this
- Around 10% of your time will be spent providing feedback to the Product team on which features are most desirable to build next from a Relocator perspective & working on other projects of interest
- You'll be employee number one into the Account Management team and report directly into the CEO. We're expecting this team to grow to 8 people across the EU & the US this year and so there's lots of opportunity to develop
