Who you are

2-3+ years of professional social media experience
Firm command in the following networks: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest
Knowledge of and ability to work with analytics, tracking and social media monitoring tools
Well-versed in digital media and social media metrics
Strong copywriting skills

What the job involves

Social media copywriting for both editorial and commercial content
Scheduling and real-time maintenance/monitoring of social media channels
Community management and “on the pulse” activity
Assist with video content creation for TikTok and reels and upload socially-optimised content to designated channels
Manage the following social channels: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest
Identify new social channels and develop adoption strategy
Execute on social media partnerships and content swaps
Maintain social media dashboard and reporting for analytics
Generate daily socially-led content trend reports to inform editorial team
Provide weekly updates on social growth, engagement, and referrals
Pitch ideas for social activations to supercharge growth and visibility of HURR Marketplace
Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media

HURR wants to disrupt the £21B UK fashion industry by creating a clothing rental service that allows people to choose a more sustainable option to embrace fashion. The company is motivated by the fact consumers spend £2.7B on outfits they'll wear just once.

HURR allows fashion lovers to make money by lending their clothes and to help renters access designer items for less. The company provides users with fashion items from an ever-increasing number of designers and retail partners from Oh Polly and & Other Stories to Chanel and Hermès, with a dress from Solace London even being rented by Kate Middleton.

The concept of 'shared ownership' has quickly caught on amongst consumers and, as of May 2021, HURR experienced 850% year-on-year increase in users, with new offerings frequently being announced. To further expand its offerings, HURR recently introduced HURR Flex, a more flexible and convenient way to rent clothing. And with partnerships that include major retailers like Selfridges, Flannels, and John Lewis, the company is continuing to expand and evolve.
