Desirable

• We have two openings for Product Designer roles: one with a focus on Internal users and the other with a focus on our client users. Both are an individual contributor role reporting directly to our Product Design Manager
• As a member of a squad, working closely with a product manager and tech lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process of the platform you are assigned to
• You’ll help drive the vision for where to take the platform based on discovery and research you’ve conducted. You will also collaborate with other delivery squads to share insights and ensure a cohesive interaction between systems
• Own the end-to-end design from research to delivery of the platform you oversee (internal or client facing)
• Design and execute research and discovery to gain deep insights into user behaviours, motivations, goals and pain points
• Analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative research data to identify trends and patterns that address key business questions
• Synthesise findings into comprehensive reports, sharebacks, or presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations across all product squads
• Determine the appropriate techniques to use (e.g. map user tasks, journeys, flows) to understand and empathise with users
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively address user needs, enhance usability, and deliver an exceptional user experience
• Demonstrate and champion the value of design thinking to the wider business
• Apply human-centred design principles to ensure that our products and services deliver exceptional user experiences and meet the evolving needs of our clients
• Effectively communicate research insights and recommendations to various stakeholders, including executive leadership, to drive decision-making
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to user research and product development
