Customer Service Executive, HURR

• Prior experience within a customer service based role, preferably e-commerce related
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good working knowledge of common customer support tools (such as Zendesk and Intercom)
• Exceptional time-management and multitasking skills are essential
• Demonstrable experience learning new skills and using them in an impactful way
• Adaptable, and capable of working under pressure with competing priorities
• Empathetic and patient with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You take the initiative. You’re enterprising and can think on your feet - no problem is too great or small for you to tackle head-on
• Strong analytical and critical thinking

• Maintaining response times to ensure customers are serviced efficiently
• Resolving queries and complaints to the highest standard, minimising escalations and negative feedback
• Proactively working to improve the HURR business
