Role
Who you are
- Experience with high-touch selling and complex SaaS sales to Enterprise clients
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development-oriented position with a proven track record of closed deals
- High drive to have an impact from “Day 1”
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working proficiency in English
- Radical ownership of target accounts and open opportunities
Desirable
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, or a related field of studies
- Demonstrated experience in digital, KPI-driven sales
- Hands-on mentality and ability to challenge the status quo continuously
- Distinctive strategic and analytical skills with an affinity for problem-solving and new technological approaches
- Experience in a fast-growing SaaS/Cloud/Technology environment
- Experience selling to CPG or Telecom customers
What the job involves
- Own the sales pipeline from demo to closing, while continuously optimizing the sales process
- Represent buynomics in discussions with high-value clients by being the first and primary contact point for all sales-related requests
- Create a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of our potential customers, leveraging deep industry knowledge and commercial mindset
- Support identifying new key contacts and target industries/companies through in-depth research and a variety of outbound activities
- Help develop and execute outbound plans to reach customers through innovative, strategic approaches
- Generate sales opportunities by expanding the prospect pipeline and optimizing industry-specific communications
- Help building a best-in-class sales organisation that revolutionises revenue optimisation
Our take
At the end of the day, the long-term success of a business is not just about having a great product. Fundamentally, businesses need to ensure that they are meeting consumers' needs, understanding what makes them tick, and speaking to them in ways that make them want to engage. In order to do this, marketers turn to a variety of reports, surveys, and tools to understand one thing - consumer behaviour. However, despite commentators referring to it as "marketer's gold", turning consumer behaviour into a predictable science has previously proven to be a highly elusive task.
This is the problem which buynomics thinks it can solve. buynomics employs large-scale simulation technologies to digitise customers and predict their purchase behaviour, and already boasts a forecast accuracy of over 95%. Allowing its users to make data-driven decisions about their current- and new products, overall portfolio structure, and pricing, buynomics enables businesses to generate up to 70% higher profitability compared to the status quo.
Following major funding secured in 2022 the key mission for buynomics now will be to bridge the gap between being a revenue management platform and full-service commercial decision suite through investment in its product team. It is also investing in its global commercial team and trying to establish itself as a thought leader for the sector by expanding the format of its marketing and information content. A US office was planned for opening in the first quarter of 2023, indicating buynomics vying for influence in America.
