• As a Sales Account Executive at KidPass, you'll be at the front lines of growing KidPass, speaking to parents and helping them find tutoring and activity programs that best match their needs
• The Sales Account Executive position is a key role in helping parents and their children get the educational support that they need
• Lead assessment calls with prospective customers to identify learning goals for their children
• Consulting new customers on education packages that meet their learning goals including tutoring packages, online classes, in-person activities, and other programs offered by KidPass and our partners
• Ownership of sales process for prospective customers including consultation, closing sales, set up for customer success, and follow-up consultations and support
• Ensure customers have all of the information at setup and following up to ensure their success with KidPass
• Work closely with account management and operations team to ensure seamless communication both internally and externally with parents, partners, and tutors
• Compensation based on experience with benefits. You should be performance driven, and comfortable working with a commission structure
• Document inbound and outbound inquiries, follow-ups, and other client activity
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets
