- You are confident in presenting to adult learners, utilizing exceptional facilitation skills to convey complex ideas across multiple formats, ensuring comprehension and engagement
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills and creativity, taking a proactive approach to project management and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance enablement processes
- 4+ years experience in a SaaS enablement, Go-To-Market or training role, preferably at a Healthcare or Life Sciences start-up
- Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Slides, Docs, etc.) and LMS Systems
- Proven track record of success in managing data-driven enablement programs that drive revenue growth
What the job involves
- As the Manager of Commercial Enablement, you will play a crucial role in creating, managing, and optimizing content that empowers teams- such as sales and customer success; while driving the success of our go-to-market (GTM) enablement strategies and launch planning
- Develop and Lead the creation of impactful sales and go-to-market (GTM) collateral and presentations, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date, accurate, and effectively support all sales processes
- Maintain and Organize a comprehensive catalog of resources, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial team members seeking essential information and materials
- Master the H1 Product Suite to confidently articulate value propositions, use cases, and competitive advantages, empowering the commercial team with compelling narratives
- Design and Implement dynamic training programs that highlight product updates, provide enablement support, and enhance sales skills for both onboarding and everboarding development initiatives
- Collaborate with Product Teams to gather critical information and updates, ensuring the commercial team is well-equipped to discuss enhancements and the future product roadmap
- Draft and Distribute clear internal and external communications, including weekly updates and release notes, to keep all stakeholders informed of important product developments
- Act as a Liaison between sales, clients, and product teams to efficiently address and triage product inquiries and concerns
- Measure the Effectiveness of enablement content through regular feedback mechanisms, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance
- Take the Lead in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within sales enablement and GTM processes, implementing strategic changes to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency

Additionally, the increasing costs and difficulty of drug discovery requires healthcare organizations and pharmaceutical companies to be able to quickly connect to professionals and thought leaders with specific credentials or research history. H1 addresses these needs by allowing life sciences companies, hospitals, and healthcare systems to locate the professionals they need.
H1 is the world’s largest healthcare database. It acts a bit like LinkedIn for healthcare professionals, and has already built a network of more than 9 million users. It has also built a corporate client base of 250 enterprises which is able to access its data which spans more than 250 million patients and over 10 billion health care claims.
The company graduated from Y Combinator's accelerator program in January 2020 and capped off a successful year by closing a Series B funding round that December. In 2021, H1 worked to further expand the company into Europe and Asia. Following a successful 2022 Series C round the company is focusing on building out its data network and hiring additional talent.
