Who you are

4+ years of proven experience in software QA Automation and UAT
Experience working in blockchain is highly preferred
Skilled in writing test plans, test automation, or test cases
Skilled in keeping test scenarios updated and documented
Familiar with Agile Scrum software development cycles
Familiar with task and documentation management tools (Preferably ZenHub)
Teaching and mentoring skill is a plus
You are passionate about helping teams continuously improve by challenging their practices, and/or by facilitating sessions for them

What the job involves

Giveth is looking for an experienced QA Specialist working in blockchain and Web3 concepts, to serve as a liaison between the project managers and development teams
Design and develop test automation frameworks
Develop testing strategy, plans, estimates, and schedule, to support projects and product releases
Design, create and maintain testing framework(s) as needed
Execute end to end front end testing and backend load testing
Identify, record and track bugs, monitor debugging process results
Help the team understand test concepts and adopt unique tools for implementing test scenarios
Provide and monitor product QA metrics that are beneficial to the project
Create and execute basic user testing scenarios and guidelines
Maintaining test scenarios and user testing
Utilize coding standards
Participate in the QA process standardization and improvement efforts
Participation in the creation and implementation of the QA maturity
Drive and oversee both functional and non-functional testing
Adhere to development processes and workflows
Create design and user documentation as needed
