Who you are

5+ years of product management experience or equivalent, software engineering or product design experience
Full-stack experience with a preference for MongoDB, Node.js, Flutter, AWS, microservices and MVC architectural patterns
Experience building consumer-facing financial services products with an emphasis on mobile experiences across Africa
Blockchain and Web 3 experience, experience with Stellar preferred
Experience building, launching, and managing products at scale
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and experience building analytics tools from raw data
Deep care for the customer, proactive, outcome-oriented, passionate about financial inclusion
Openness to global travel as needed

What the job involves

Translate business vision into technical requirements and then tasks, allocate to Development Team, oversee, and participate in product development and testing to make sure enhancements align with the overall vision
Manage a small, in-house developer team with front-end and back-end experience
Support new partner integrations and plan new integrations, interfacing with external business partners
Troubleshoot new integrations and communicate with external product teams
Oversee app updates, including app store listing
Develop a deep understanding of the customer
Write specifications outlining problems & objectives, key elements of the feature, decision rationales, and metrics
Partner with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to prioritize, build and deploy new features
Support the build-out of new consumer products
