Role

Who you are

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program and looking for a six-month full time internship contract starting in May 2025
  • Highly organized, rigorous, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment
  • Energetic and excellent in communication, comfortable on telephone and video calls
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English, comfortable in an international setting

What the job involves

  • Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and our careers website
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify talent pools and understand industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies
  • Partner with TA Managers to understand hiring requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
  • Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure a strong fit before passing them to TA Managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing activities
  • Event Organization: Organize and participate in events such as job fairs, career fairs, and forums to attract top talent

  • Interview with Rénée, TA Manager, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
  • Final interview with Richard, our VP People
