What the job involves

The Outside Sales Money Transfer candidate will be responsible for maximizing transactions and revenue for existing and new agents within an assigned territory. The primary responsibilities include recruiting targeted agents, maximizing same-store sales, and improving service quality provided to agents
Duties and Responsibilites:
Recruitment of new agent locations and providing service to existing agent locations within the assigned territory
Recruitment of new agent locations and providing service to existing agent locations within the assigned territory
Generate leads, call on prospects, evaluate the business position and convert into new business signings
Provide ongoing agent support and maintenance through agency visits
Maintain current customer relationships through visits, calls through personalized service to agents by being in constant communication with them
