- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent computer literacy including all MS Office applications
- Proficiency in English is mandatory. Additional proficiency in French, German, or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset
What the job involves
- The SME Sales Development Representative (Outbound) is responsible for growing new business by prospecting outbound leads and taking potential prospects from cold to curious. Their focus in on generating and prospecting SME businesses operating in UK/BENELUX
- Outbound prospecting via phone, email and social
- Represent Awin at industry events, networking with prospects
- Qualifying outbound leadsSchedule appointments and product demos for Senior Sales Managers
- Working in collaboration with a range of departments including Sales Operations and Marketing
- Meeting performance KPIs and sales targets
- Proficient use of Salesforce CRM and Sales Engagement Software (SalesLoft)
- Learn the Awin products, services and messaging
- Familiarise yourself with the sales process and necessary tools
- Start mapping potential accounts which are ready for expansion or new product lines
- Coach new members of the team on our processes
- Work with mentors to set goals for yourself and start promotion process
